At the Scott C. Brown Law Office, my goal as a lawyer is to provide compassionate, caring and professional legal services to residents of West Virginia and Ohio who need legal help in the areas of criminal law, family law, personal injury and civil litigation.

I have been practicing law since 1996 and established my own firm here in Wheeling in 2004. Since then, I have earned a reputation as an attorney who gets results for people and treats them with respect. Most of my business comes from referrals by satisfied clients and from other attorneys.
Caring for Our Community
My concern for people extends beyond my law practice. I have served as president of the Soup Kitchen of Greater Wheeling, where I have been a board member and volunteer for more than a decade.
I recognize that little things mean a lot to clients who are facing a legal crisis. I do my best to provide helpful service. I return e-mails and phone calls from clients promptly, usually on the same day. I keep you informed of developments in your case.
Serving Clients
My office is located in a restored home on National Road in Wheeling. There is free parking so you won't have to fight with downtown traffic and search for parking. My phone is answered 24 hours a day, seven days a week by a real person, not an answering machine.
